Av. Gürbey Akarpınar graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2008. Between 2013-2017, he completed his master's degree in Information and Technology Law at Istanbul Bilgi University. He started his career in Istanbul in 2008 and his main areas of practice are Labor Law, Commercial Law, Real Estate and Lease Law, Insurance Law and Enforcement Law. He also advises on Contracts Law, mergers and acquisitions, ethics and compliance projects. In line with her IT and Technology Law background, she conducts compliance and litigation processes in the fields of personal data protection and information crimes. Akarpınar, who has been a registered mediator with the Ministry of Justice since 2023, has been operating within the TOBB Mediation and Dispute Resolution Center as a TOBB UYUM National Accredited Mediator as of 2024.
